that I stumbled upon in the early 90s flippin through the paychannels either on Max or one of the others.The scene I caught they showed this weird looking demented man and he was offering bugs or something unedible to this man and woman and he eats them and either has this grin on his face or laughs real freaky and the people look at him in disbelief.This happens in some kind of underground factory or tunnel.Anybody know the scene i'm talking about if they've seen the full feature and what it's called?

I'll have to watch that the whole way through.I know that movie had bugs in it as well but i don't know if the scene i mentioned is in it.

thank you.I remember this playing on sci fi channel years ago back when they were a quality network. I remember seeing the part i mentioned on a Cinemax showing either around 91 or 92 when Circutry man came out I guess.
