Police lineup
I was confused about why JC had to pick Paco out of a lineup. He was caught at the crime scene. He removed his mask before raping JC, and they know each other from school. Why then would she need to ID him in a lineup?
shareGood question, I am not familiar with due process but they also had to push her a bit to press charges so it could be they did the formal lineup to have her formally ID her attacker.
