Any idea why the bathroom mirror seemed to fog up when it the realtor walked up the stairs to the third floor? The same thing happened to one of the windows when Dr West and the other 3 were getting into their cars and leaving the house after the so called séance.

Good question! I believe it is to let us know that the evil is watching and/or moving in to attack. It might be a play on the walls bleeding from the first movie, where the evil attacks as the family leaves.
