Does anyone know where I can find this on DVD? I have tried everywhere. I didn't catch the show when it was on tv (sorry, I wasd a newlywed and didn't watch a lot :) I absolutely adore Sam Elliot and would love to find this series as a gift for my dad. Thanks! [email protected]

Be careful if you are not in the US as I've just tried buying this and it has now increased to US$80.99 but then they slap a shipping fee of $53 on top!!! I'm sorry but this makes the total of over $130 way too much for 20 episodes and as much as I want this I'm NOT being ripped off. Unfortunately you have to put in your IP addy and all address details before you get to the totals page so they have all that too. I'll just have to hope it's eventually released onto DVD by the powers that be.

Well, TV ShowsOnDVD have just released the following info that the series will be available thru Warner Bros Olny as of May 3rd 2011 but only to the US :( I'm SO disappointed as I love this show but I'm in England.

I saw this first time around in the 1980's and want it so much. Guess I'll have to buy through sell.com or ioffer as those guys tape it from TV and then transfer to disc, not always great quality but better than nothing. Just wish these US suits would realise that people in other countries also love this show and would want to buy it, perhaps international sales are not important to them? I am hopeful though that we we will (hopefully) see the set for sale on Amazon and eBay in due course.
