I got a reply from Universal but the e-mail went straight into my Junk Mail. I deleted it by mistake and never even got a chance to read it! I'm so annoyed! Would they have sent the same e-mail in reply to everyone?
shareYes, it's a standard reply. However, at least it shows that they look at it and are making note of what shows people are asking for. This is the reply I got, yours would have been the same:
