I haven't really seen the show since I was a kid, I always thought Hawkeye seemed a little slow compared to the other characters.
And whilst I can't stand the guys films, Hugh Grant would probably make a passable Hawkeye.
The Zeroids and Zelda's 'family' should be voiced by the original actors (assuming they are still all alive).
Kate would have to be played by a singer, (an actress miming the role, really would not work). I think the voice range would suit Jennifer Lopez more than Beyonce.
Bruce Willis I think would pull off a great Tiger. Again I am thinking of the attitude and voice more than what he looks like.
I think Billie Piper is too young to play Mary. I allways thought the character was older, certainly forty+. Because she was always the voice of reason, who stood up for the Zeroids against Tiger and mellowed Tigers more gun-ho attitude. I felt she saw herself as more of a matriarch. Helen Mirren springs to mind for some reason. Though I haven't seen any of her recent films. Or perhaps Dame Judy Dench.
No doubt there will be people who disagree with me. But it is just a bit of fun, since after the Thunderbirds film I think it is unlikely anyone will want to touch a Gerry Anderson series as a live action movie for a very long time.
Don't get me wrong, Johnathon Frakes is a great director but I think the movie was just 'too' kiddified/ camp for the people who grew up watching the Thunderbirds series or it's pre-twenty first century re-runs.
