Moid scared the crap out of me!

I was about 3 or 4 when I used to watch this and Moid was the terror of my world. I was never one for boogeymen or werewolves or vampires (in fact I loved horror films when I was wee) but Moid really got me. I had nightmares, all the usual stuff and I always thought if I saw him again, he would look lame and I'd be embarassed that out of all the scary stuff out there, a puppet freaked me out. And then I saw this picture http://www.fab1.net/t-hawks/moid-1.jpg and he's bloody horrifying! I can't believe people thought this was a puppet that children could look at and not crap themselves! Even his voice creeped me out. I mean I've seen loads of scary stuff - Holocaust images, murder victims, people being shot and blown up - and what scares me? A bloody puppet. Shoot me now.

Please tell me I'm not alone. There must be someone else who was, is and probably always will be freaked out by *shudder* Moid *shudder*.

It's a big rock. Can't wait to tell my friends, they don't have a rock this big.
