you would think someone has mr. wizard on DVD format?

reply

Well, Mr. Wizard is one of the greatest men who has ever lived, and I for one would love to have the entire Mr.Wizard's world collection in a limited edition Dvd set.

Thats a swell website! I really fancy those shirts. I should get a set of those for my family. Wouldn't that be swell the nine of us walking down the road with our "watch wizard" appreal?

The whole set of Mr. Wizard's World will run you about $125. Shipping is enormous! $18. Crazy. Still, I'll have to pick those up. Sure wish they'd do season sets. :(

Aha well everything these days is so high dollared! Don't you agree? Well I beilve that i can manage gettin it!

reply

Yes you would think an educational dvd would be moderately priced so teachers / schools could afford them.

Someone please get Don to lower the price.

I think we should start a Riot
BOYCOTT

They should really lower the prices

I still haven't picked these up. Here's why: 8 DVDs with 4 episodes each. That's 32 episodes for about $144. That's $4.50 an episode. :( I adore this show but I'll be darned if my nostalgia is worth $4.50 an episode. I'd really love these but I'll have to just contend with my memories until Mr. Wiz can make these more affordable. I'd pay about half that.

Now, if he was to release the whole series for $150 I'd jump on that!

You might want to check your local library. I just finished Volume 1 and it was a real nice trip back in time. Hey, you might as well use those libraries. We're paying for them !

I recently found a DVD of Watch Mr. Wizard (a show he did in the '50s) at Wal-Mart for $1.00, and it has three episodes on it. It's not the best picture quality and is in black and white, but it was still fun to watch.
