New Kennedy DVD set

Does anyone know if the upcoming dvd set, "Kennedy The Complete Series," which will be released in Feb 2009, is different from the release that came out in 2001? I can't find any info about the new release, except for this little blurb:

I emailed MPI, the company that is releasing it, but so far they haven't answered me.

I just asked the same question on Amazon after ordering it. They are currently selling the MPI copy for $10.99 and the Koch one for $17.99 (surprised they are both in print). FYI, the Koch one was released on DVD in 2005 not 2001. Also, you notice IMDB itself claims the running time is less than Amazon's claim for either.
