was claw ever revealed in inspector gadgets last case, what does his shadow look like from the christmas special, is this action figure supposed to be claws real face

We did see Dr. Claw in that one, HOWEVER, it wasn't the same guy! It's not the same guy that the black arm and glove belonged to.
