Scariest Episode?

To be honest I only remember one episiode from this whole TV show, the one titles Night Shift with Margaret Kidder but it use to give me nightmares when I was little.

It's the one where Kidder works as a nurse in the nursing home and when a new patient arrives he has an expensive ring on his finger. Since Kidder loves to steal patient's valuables she tries to steal his ring. She can't get it off his hand, and eventually the old man wakes up from his coma and comes after her.
I just remember the creepy groaning noise he makes when he is after her. She ends up getting trapped in a supply room and when she tries to escape past him he grabs her, puts her on a table, and his ring turns into a little sharp blade, then I think he rapes her and cuts her up. Anyone else remember this episode?

It's especially scary when she finds a slain cat on the floor, with blood pouring from its throat.

I agree that was a very scary episode. I know it was the night shift, but you would think they would at least have another nurse or 2 working there.

Darren Mcgavin, RIP, looked alot better at the end!

I also loved the episode "face to face" starring Sonja Smits. Basically she has a deformed faced and goes to get plastic surgery done, but her doctor was out partying the night before her operation and messed up the job. Smits basically gave him a taste of his own medicine in the end, when dressed up as a sexy stewardess, she is ready to give him some "service" when she rips off her mask and her even worse face is seen and she gives the doctor some scalpel service.

That and "night shift" I would rate as the top 2 episodes.

Face to Face, didn't that have Robert Vaughn as her butchering doctor?

For me, the episodes that seem to stand out the most, that made some sort of impact on me when I was a kid, was "Homebodies", "Nightshift", "Hired Help", "Last Scene", and a few more. I like them all, but those stood out to me. VERY NICE stuff. Wish they had this show on or atleast have stuff like this on today's programming. Man... what has become of our culture huh? I'll never know.
