'Minute Man' Episode
I remember that episode and I liked it alot too bad HBO or Koch Canada hasnt release it

I just recently purchased all of the DVDs and I don't understand
the way that they were packaged?
The Minuteman episode and Doctor's Orders were left out
for some reason. The only 2 missing!
I imagine they would've been on an HBO "volume 4" had it ever been produced.
Koch didn't release any of the season 4 episodes because they couldn't obtain the rights, for whatever reason.
HBO really screwed this series up. 10 episodes per set at a ridiculously high price, though to be fair, I think they started putting these out fairly early in the DVD game, before multi-disc season/series sets became commonplace. Also, they probably thought "since it's HBO, we can assign our usual prestige pricing to this", forgetting that THE HITCHHIKER is hardly regarded to be in the same class as SIX FEET UNDER...
I wish they'd reconsider and take a stab at releasing seasons 1 and 2 combined (13 episodes) and the subsequent two seasons (13 each) at a reasonable price ($19.95 SPR per set) or release all four HBO seasons in one throw (39 episodes) for under $50.
And if they did, that they'd get it right and make sure they used the Nicholas Campbell versions of the first three episodes.
That was a pretty cool episode. Moreover, you can't go wrong with Alexandra Paul flashing her boobies, now can you?
