David Morgan's 'Drive' Theme Song

Can someone please give me some info on the "Drive" theme song? I love this song, even outside of the Hardcastle and McCormick association. It's such a rocking and inspirational track! Sadly, I can't even find any info on David Morgan, let alone the song. It just seems criminal that there isn't more info out there on this song and the creator. :(

Yes, me too.

That's one great rockin' song, much like the themes to The Rockford Files and Magnum PI.

I don't know much about the song either.

I think I recorded it onto my computer once off a VCR recording of the series.
I need to give it another listen.

It's just a corny song written for a TV show. Not really worth any notoriety..

Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man....
