The judge and his stupid hat

Who dresses this man? Are they trying to make him look 'young and hip'? His ubiquitous Yankee ball cap is always tilted at an angle, and it looks stupid. Just put the hat on the way it's supposed to be worn, or don't wear it at all.

BTW, he even wears it indoors, which, as most people know, is very bad manners.
