Bill: Yeah. Yeah, we do. You know, it’s funny. Before you came, we used to just sit around in silence. But now we open a bottle of wine, light some candles, put some music on, and just sit around talking about you.

It was the episode where Bill hangs Melanie out of the window by her feet because she said he was old or something. I can't remember the exact episode it's from but I do remember howling with laughter at the screams of terror from Melanie. Who else would do that to their daughter? Classic Bill. I wish this show had went at least five seasons.

i forget the context but bill was arguing w/ the joanna cassidy
character - his on again off again girlfriend on the show if i remember
accurately -
bill was on the set and cassidy was in the control room at the top of the
studio they're bickering back & forth over something and bill can't seem to get his point across
evidently cassidy couldnt 'see' his point of view about the problem
so bill walked to the television camera on the stage and stuck his face
right up against the lens now his contorted mug takes up the entire screens
on cassidy's control room monitors as he continues to rant
may be one of those you had to see it kinda thing but i fell off the couch
laughing
My favorite episode has to be the one where Wendy is fighting for an episode with a segment about a Nuclear Freeze. She is standing in the booth imagining the segment and its Wendy dressed up as all the different guests, and at theend of the segment all of the Wendy-guests say how Wendy saved the world, it s great! Also the episode where Wendy tries to stand up to Bill for disrespecting one of her favorite guests and it cuts from her being absolutely fumed to her crying under Shub's desk! Oh, and definitely the Christmas episode where Wendy walks in with flat hair, tries to use instant shampoo, uses WAY too much, and winds up having to go to Jo Jo's Christmas party with rock hard hair! All my favorite episodes are Wendy based but, I just love Geena Davis and Wendy's character, they're both hilarious!! :)
