watching 1988.1989 episodes,they keep touching June

She looks great in these episodes,has to be said but I can't help noticing how dated it seems,lots of people smoke,they drink and they keep touching June.

People go on about political correctness but stuff like that was always wrong? I don't mean they are groping her but there is no need to touch someone as if they are less equal than another member of staff?

that follows even into the early 90s which i think is modern,
especially in the early prime suspect episodes.
