Dennis Franz, at this time only really known as a corrupt cop from Hill Street Blues but very good here. Tawnia is very useful here as Face's partner in crime but I'd like to see her save the team for once, be an integral part of everything. Nice switch-around with Face worried about his car only to have the van swiped instead (good thing the bad guys never found the armoury in the back huh?), pretty nasty for BA to punch Franz in the face as revenge when he has his hands up. Face as a used car salesman is a neat fit of course. And he actually gets injured, a black eye that lasts.
On the bad side I really, really don't get Hannibals music mogul impression, doesn't work for me at all.

I think this is the one where Murdoch is upset because his plant has been 'plantnapped'.

reply

Yeah, another aspect that I didn't really think worked.

reply

It worked great. When everyone says their goodbyes to the plant and BA thinks it's stupid, then he winks. That's good stuff. Shows he has a bit of a heart.

RIP Gene Wilder. One of the funniest people of all time. RIP Robert Vaughn

It may be weird, but I think it shows the continued hilarious aspect of Murdoch's personality.

Just watched one of my favorites where Murdock wanted to start the Liberation of Golf Balls or something, with Face scamming a fancy apartment and Mako was the guest star. One of my very, all time favorites.
