Subtitles/DVD?

I heard about this film from an interview with Guillermo Del Toro where he was speaking highly of this film from the perspective of Federico Luppi's performance. With some difficulty I managed eventually to see this film but my Spanish is not that great to put it mildly. By the end of the film though I really wished I would be able one day to watch it again with the benefit of English subtitles to understand more of how the film reaches the conclusion it does.
Anyone seen this in a subtitled version? Better still, can we have it released on DVD please?!!
