Other movies in Sanatorium/Hotel in 'Fin de Siecle' or Interbellum?

I found the film Last Year at Marienbad.
But it is black-and-white :-)

Are there other movies in Sanatorium/Hotel?

Then it must be 'Zauberberg'-look i remember.
Or are there comparable Visconti films or so :-)

"The Hourglass Sanatorium" has quitr a different look, haha
