Extra Query *spoliers*

Just watched the film again. Near the beginning, when Barney & the gang are on their way to the assembly, and just before Peyton takes the picture of the bent-over cheerleader's butt. Right near the entrance, there's a dude leaning up against a locker & talking to two girls. Who is he? I know he looks VERY familiar (especially his eyes), but I can't place him.
