THIS should be a video game

I grew up watching the reruns in the early 80s on WNYW 5 (before it became Fox) and god... how I loved it.

If this were made into a game would it be a one on one fighter or a multiplayer brawler?

I think it would succeed as a brawler in that you could fight through various levels fighting regular (but with different designs) ninja, then fight the Elemental ninjas. Maybe throw in references to other Shaw films (or hell, new levels)

Assuming you mean a Beat 'Em Up (like Double Dragon) when you say brawler, definitely that. God yes. I don't think it has enough varied characters for a regular versus fighter, and considering it is a movie with hordes of ninja, a brawler fits much better. One stage per Element (environments and enemy types), I think would work nicely, but probably regular ninja at first, like you said. I just know I would love the game to death!

Gah, now I hate the fact that they never made a game out of it. Could have been an Arcade classic!
