Where can I find it?

I live near the L.A. area and I was wondering if anybody knows a way to get a hold of this film...I checked eBay but the cheapest it runs is like $30 (which I really don't want to spend), and I'm trying to get a hold of a copy soon because I'm supposed to review it for a radio show pretty soon and Netflix doesn't have it.
I'd appreciate any suggestions as to where to find this and other films like it - thanks!
