Loot! ???

Hello all,

I am trying to recall a film.

I believe that it was Australian, and it was definitely Post-Apocalyptic.

Point: There is a scene where the "bad guys" roll into a settlement.
The leader, who is at least superficially military in his style turns to his
second in command and says "Requisition and Supply". His second then turns
to his immediate subordinate and says "Requisition and Supply", at which his
subordinate turns to the men in general and yells "Loot!".

I believe that the third man was played by Bruno Lawrence.

I still have a love of Australian cinema, after getting to see it bloom
in the late 70's and 80's
