Tron's girlfriend kiss Flynn, a guy she bearly new for a few hours. doesnt she fill bad because Tron is dead ?

i mean she did not love Tron obviously.

anyone else note that ?

Yep. I sort of wished they'd opened up about it; a user kissing a program, but poor Yori may have felt something for Flynn without really understanding that Yori's user, Lora, had actually been in a relationship with Flynn previously. I mean, obviously somehow the program gets a bit of their user's personality, and maybe even soul in some way.

She doesn't think he's dead. Just that he threw himself into the beam, and given that he had "god like" powers for their world, she assumes he could take it, whatever fate was in store for him.

I think maybe you're getting characters mixed up. Ram is the one that died. Tron is alive and fighting Sark and the MCP. Right after Flynn kisses Yori and jumps into the beam, the next shot is Tron throwing his identity disk into the MCP and destroying it.
