The female director asks the male camera man:

"We want to make her look more beautiful, how far can you pull back."

"How do you feel about Cleveland?"

funny stuff.....I remember laughing out loud in the theater...25 years ago!!!

My fave is when Dustin wakes up Bill Murray to get his take on his first day reporting to work in drag:

Dustin: "...but the hair isn't right...."

Bill: " yeah, ya kinda got a Howard Johnson's thing going on there..."

I almost wet my pants the first time I heard that line because family member had worked for Howard Johnson in the 70's, and the comment was so on-target I almost choked on soda in theatre!

Great memory!

"How far can you pull back to make her look good?" asks the director.

"How about Cleveland," the cameraman replies.

JEFF: "Michael, I really appreciate your doing this, but I just want to make sure you're doing this for the money...not just so you can wear these little outfits."

JEFF: "I don't want people to come up to me after the show and say, 'Hey I saw your play...I dug your message. I want them to come up to me the next day, or a week later and say, "Hey, I saw your play...what happened?"

JULIE: "I really love you Dorothy...I just can't love you."

JEFF: "I don't want 500 people at the Winter Garden theater...I want twenty people who just came out of the worst rainstorm ever...these are people who are alive on the planet."

JULIE: "Just think of them as something friendly...like a firing squad."

MICHAEL: "New York is a coast too, George, New York is a coast too."

LES: "The only reason you're still alive is because we never kissed."

(The music in the scene where Dorsey is walking down the street as Dorothy and trying to get a taxi is playing; Stewie dressed as Dorothy)

(in woman's voice)

Stewie: Taxi. Taxi. (gruff voice) TAXI!
