I NEVER noticed how much Dustin Hoffman as Tootsie looks EXACTLY like Jane Fonda from Nine to Five.....TILL NOW!!!! Just LOOK at this side-by-side photo. No, I'm saying that it appears that Jane Fonda's look from Nine to Five may have been a HUGE inspiration when they attempted to make Dustin Hoffman look like a woman. Even the style of cloths are very similar, with high necks or scarves to hide his adam's apple, but it's a similar style to hers.
To me, even the make up is the same. Dustin is wearing a bit more, or course, because he is a MAN who needs to look like a woman, but the overall look on both are almost identical.
Of course, this is only MY opinion. You certainly have a right to your own, I just don't see how you can't see it MORE than I do.
