What kind of 3-D glasses used?

I'm currently waiting for a package of this movie from a friend who gave me a dvd copy - he said the copy is the 3D version... but since it's only a copy, I don't know what kind of 3d glasses used (Red/Cyan? or Green/Magenta or what?). Can anyone help?

I saw this movie in the theater back in '83. It didn't use the colored glasses. They used the brown polarized glasses, similar to what is used today. I remember it being one of the best 3D effects I'd ever seen on a theatrical release. Friday the 13th III (1982) also used the polarized technology.

I'm sure the home video version will be colored glass as tv's can't duplicate the other effect. Probably red/blue.

I have the glasses used in the theatre release of Friday the 13th 3D and they are red and blue.

I actually still have my 3D glasses from seeing the movie in 1983. They're not red and blue. They're dark like sunglasses though one lens is slightly darker than the other. I don't know what you would use to watch the movie at home.

FYI....Both Friday the 13th Part 3 and Treasure of the 4 Crowns was polarized, linear 3D using ONLY polarized 3D glasses.....NOT red/blue.
I know because I own 35mm copies of both titles.
