Does anyone know how I can get this movie?

The price is $45.99US, it is Region 2 and it has no English Subtitles, but that is probably the only release availible in the world right now.
They also have a bunch more of the Japanese DVD releases of Nobuhiko Obayashi's films, but most do not have English Subtitles.
