Synapse to release blu ray editions of this, Phenomena, Demons 1 + 2

Noticed the ad in Horror Hound today, no info as to when they are released though and the website has no further info :(

In any case I'm extremely thrilled to be getting more Region A stuff from Argento's catelog (and Lamberto's of course).

Now we just need news of a "Suspiria" blu and all will be right with the world.

Oops my bad, yes it will also be DVD as well as Blu Ray.

No DVD. Only blu-ray. Just upgrade.

Synapse blu is pretty sweet. I can't wait for their Suspiria although it won't be out until 2017.

Anybody know what the status is on this release? It was originally announced that it would be released in 2013, but Synapse appears to have fallen silent on Tenebrae.

Get the new, remastered Arrow edition of Tenebrae. It looks stunning, and has plenty of great extras to boot! It is only available in steelbook packaging at the moment but they will release an Amaray edition sometime in the near future. Their BD releases of Phenomena and Demons 1 & 2 are good too.

I read that Synapse were not satisfied with the elements that they had acquired for their release, so it will be a long while before they release anything. In the meantime, I got the Arrow steelbook. :-)
