Question about a line change during A Little Priest

Why did they have a line change in the song A Little Priest, where in this performance Mrs. Lovett sings "the problem is we only get it on thunder", or at least that is what it sounds like, and on the original broadway cast version she sings, "we only get it on Sundays".
