Where can we find the proper 93 Min Version in HD / Bluray?

Are there any proper 93 minute Bluray versions of this movie released anywhere on the planet? Thanks.

Maybe I just answered my own question. Looks like you can get it in Germany. You'll need a region free bluray player, but this looks like it:
