The Three Stooges
I must say that I love the fact that this film had a brief 3 Stooges apperance...this only made me like this film even more!

What was the name of the 3 Stooges movie they saw in the outdoor theater?
it added a bit of fun and silliness. I remember around this time the movie was made, the stooges were having a bit of a revival. about exactly this time I was invited to a 3 stooges party and the university of washington. a bunch of students in a house by the campus showing stooges shorts! a stooges party! can you imagine this today? I don't think so. (around this time,this was also before the seattle coffee craze that gave birth to starbucks. back then there were just a few little places in the U district that you could get expresso. most people never heard of it.)
