The Benson Mood(also kudos to Late Show)

One of the outstanding features in this film as well as in the earlier Benson excursion is, mood;

it possesses it in spades ! Consider the laundromat scene as well as the Central Park bridge underpass. There are the rainy days where the water liberally splashes against the pane in full view-dramatically.

Moreover, the cottage scenes in Glen Cove...there are other examples as well.

This is always a moody prelude to the ongoing events which build moderately but effectively.
