Who WAS that actor? He has the most pivotal role in the film, regardless as to how brief, he's absolutely chilling, utterly memorable and yet, no film credit anywhere. Who was he???

I just went back and watched that scene, and I don't think I have ever seen a character so chilling and soulless. The look in his eyes was devoid of all emotion except sadism. That actor was brilliant.
