Does anyone remember the two short cartoons after the feature?

On the original VHS, there were two short cartoons afterwards.

One was a little boy who created things out of his imagination, and was chased by a policeman around a small island.

The other was a scribbled man trying to get an apple out of a tree. It looked like pencil on paper, drawn very messily.

I can't remember the names of these cartoons, nor do I know where to find them again.

Everyone I have mentioned it to has no recollection of them. So I came here hoping for help.

Does anybody have any info?
