The Real Michael Myers

After revisiting this today I realized something.

The killer in this movie looks like Michael Myers without a mask.

He has the same type jumpsuit (different color of course), same hairdo, and the same blank look on his face (no mask needed).

As someone else pointed out, this could have been Halloween 3 because of the horror elements. It was also made during the Halloween/horror craze.
