Jenner looks like a rat version of Steele from Balto

They both have that similar evil smile and both are diabolical.

I thought he looked more like Niju from Balto 2, appearance wise, and plan wise.

Shouldn't that be Steele from Balto looks like a dog version of Jenner?

Jenner is more evil. Steele is just a cheap copy from a rather bland movie.

Exactly what I was thinking! Jenner and Steele look so much alike it's kinda freaky. LOL
