Similar theme

The only movie I can think of that has the similar cute girl hangning out with a crook theme is Curly Sue. Other movies about girls who ran away and went on adventures but not as young and cute are The Journey of Nattie Gan, The Legend of Bille Jean, and even Annie. This is all that I can think of off the top of my head, but if I think of any more I will be back and ad to the list. I hope I helped.
