The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940

Is anyone familiar with this play? When I read the synopsis of this show, it kind of reminded me of MCM 1940.

For those of you who aren't familiar with it: In 1940, a woman gathers together the creative team for a musical that was plagued by "The Stage Door Slasher," a muderer who claimed the life of her best friend. The members of the creative team, along with some actors, think they are there to rehearse a new show, but in fact they have been brought together so she can try and figure out who the real murderer is.

It's absolutely hysterical if you get the chance to read/see it!

"Musical Comedy Murders of 1940" is a very funny show. However, "Rehearsal for Murder" is a stright mystery, albeit with a bit of humor here and there.
