Did this have 3 blond princesses; one was the main character?

Help id Scifi Anime that featured 3 sisters, one was major character.

I think this was on around the time Captain Harlock orginally premiered. In fact I thought it was Captain Harlock.

This was scifi. One of the main characters was blond haired hier of an space kingdom, I think they were aliens but looked human.

She was the youngest of 3 identical sisters. Her race may have been hostile towards Earth.

Her oldest sister was orginally decided on military career who decided she didn't like her people, moved to Earth and became a criminal mastermind named something like the man with 1000 faces. She started the series always wearing a mask. She first took it off when she mortally injured a former instructor/fellow cadet from the military. As the guy was dying, he said, "If you have any honor, show me your face."

The middle sister was evil and ended up having a duel to death for the throne with youngest sister. I think they fought on hover craft. The middle sister died but the youngest sister impersonated her for awhile.
