The soundtrack. . . . .My God!


Take a look at all the period music used in this film! An amazing number of classic rock tunes.

No wonder it's not on DVD--the payments for clearance rights would cost at least hundreds of thousands of dollars! It's such a shame that greed circumvents the communal altruism that existed during the '60's when all this music was created in the first place. Music rights have held up another fine '60's era youth-in-revolt film, also, The Strawberry Statement, a similarly themed film with a great soundtrack.

In 1983 the music cost 250,000. It would be much much more now.
