I Remember Watching This Movie!

WOW! It has been a very long time since I have seen this movie! I remember watching this when I was a teenager. This is a great movie to watch and a classic as well! I would recommend everyone to watch this if they get a chance to!

Was Preppies considered a "regular" movie? With all the nudity and sexy situations (licking a glass door with a naked girl on the others side?!?) this movie would be considered softcore today.

Today, almost all of the topless girls in the movie would have breast implants.

Yes I do believe that it was considered a regular movie to watch because I remember when a friend of the family recommended this for my sister who is a year younger than me to have for a slumber party for her birthday. I liked the movie and thought it was great to watch! Yes it would be considered softcore porn today because the MPAA has changed a lot since the 80's with the standards on what movies can have in it or cannot have in it at all.

Yes almost all the women in movies today it seems like have breast implants which is sad to see. I am not a big fan of women getting breast implants to be honest with you. I would rather see a woman with her natural breast size in front of the movie screen. Hopefully one of these days movies can be done like that once again.

I hope the slumber party kids were at least college age. I can't imagine anyone thought the movie was appropriate for 8 year olds.

The preppy accent was so exaggerated and ridiculous. Especially with the gestures and body language. Sounded like a cross between Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant.

What happened to that accent? I don't hear anyone talking like that these days.

It was all teenagers pretty much and this was like over 20 years ago when this happened.

Yes the accents were exaggerated but that is what they wanted them to sound like in this film though. I do not know what happened to it. I do not hear it these days either.

Yeah I can remember back in the day when there were lots of mom and pop video stores around where I live as well. There was one place here in town called Video Review that use to have a copy of that movie on VHS. My sister who is a year younger than me had a slumber party and had it rented to watch with her friends. When the slumber party ended I got the chance to watch a lot of those movies which Preppies was great to watch and I loved it too!
