8 year olds could come up with better dialogue. What looks like 30 year old men trying to behave like horny teenagers. Pathetic beyond belief.

Since the movie was MADE for horny teens, and made ALOT OF MONEY (4th in box office for 1982 ,it beat Star Trek II)

Some people think the movie is genius.

This movie actually touches on some pretty serious social issues for it's time. Its also hilarious.

I agree. It has some classic comedy moments and blended the drama very well.
