What does Dana's gesture mean?

When Dana responds to the construction workers, I'm not sure what she's saying with her arm motions. I only recognize her ending.

well, a teen like her probably knew how to handle men like the construction workers. Plush she knew what they were doing by cat calling her etc and her mom knew her daughter could handle the situation

1. Forearm thrust = “up yours” or “shove it”
2. Thumb flick from teeth = piss off…? (Not sure)
3. The finger = F you.

Thank you, sfeudy20. Dana's second message is delivered weakly, so I haven't realized that it's the Italian insult. It means that someone is trash. The idea is that you are comparing a person to dirt on your nails which is being removed by your teeth and then disposed of. This could be shown with the hand alone, but since the gesture comes from Italy, which is a Catholic country, I'm guessing that the teeth are used so that the action is not confused with a priest flicking holy water on to people to bless them.
