English Subtitles?

I wonder if anyone has come across this with English subtitles, either officially with a DVD release or unofficially with "fan" subtitles.
They do exist "theatrically" in the sense some French institute in New York is showing the film with English subtitles.

The few films I have seen by Alain Jessus have been mind-blowing (Frankenstein 90 aside) I just wish I could watch this and Les Chiens with English subtitles.
