Ten Years later?

This was a interesting movie, but why was it a 10 year reunion? The characters in this movie didn't look like they could be in their late 20's figuring that when you graduate from high school you are 17 or 18.

This movie should of been Class of '62 instead of '72,because everyone looked at least over the age 30's, some looked 40's.

I think that's the point. They look old for their ages, like most actors cast as teens in horror flicks.

I don't think the actual age of the actor/actress is important if they LOOK young enough to play the part.

That's why it's called acting.

P.J. Soles was , I think , in her early 30's and cast in many teen roles. And , I forget his name but , there was an actor who played in "Risky Business" who was , I think , in his thirties whilst playing a high-schooler.

The actors in "Class Reunion" did look older than being in their 20's but , the movie is so hilarious that one goes with the flow and becomes engrossed in the hilarity.

I also think whether or not they look the part depends on your age. When I was in middle school/high school, I would watch Scream, Buffy, 90210, most John Hughes movies, etc., and didn't understand why movies were ridiculed for casting actors older than high school age. They looked high school age to me, at the time.

Now that I'm older (22) and I look back at high school students, most of them look like babies, and I think, "I don't remember kids in my class looking so young...". And now I can watch shows and movies like the ones previously mentioned and think, "WOW, who do they think they're fooling?"

I guess it just depends on your outlook at the time you watched it.

`Now that you're older? 22 isn't old and high school wasn't that long ago (when you wrote this post).
