Why is this movie R? Is it any worse than Life of Brian?

It was R for the language. LIFE OF BRIAN had nudity as well and this doesn't. But back then if the F-word was used more then once it was an R unless there was special circumstances.

You're forgetting the male nudity (back view only) after the guys sing "Sit On My Face And Tell Me That You Love Me".

The whole bloody movie should be rated R. Even today, it'd be rated R (for adults only).
