Yes, as it was a film recording of their stage show routine, and their last perceived "tour" before they went their separate ways (kindo of). Strange but great film though.

I didn't forget anything Spiney_Norbert. I answered the original posters question about HB being released as a movie - which it was.
As for their true "last project", that hasn't happened yet considering MP haven't announced a brake up / ended / quit. Take your pick (ignore the shovel, spade, hoe and other agricultural implements).
The Bowl took place before The Meaning of Life. Try talk yourself out of that if you can.

By the way, where did you learn to spell? This is just curiosity, most people either spell correctly, or they don't even try, which is fine, because spelling is not always important. It's just that you are the only one who tries to use difficult words, but makes a bunch of mistakes on the way.

And the death of MP was more of an opinion. Graham and John were the two head writers of most Python exploits, I find Eric Idle using the Python brand for what is pretty much 'his' Spamalot akin to Paul Mcartney using the Beatles name on one of his albums. Regardless of whether the musical is based on a Python movie or 'ripping it off' as they jokingly refer to it as.
