It may be bad, but it's fun. Solid performance by a young Hanks. Finale at the Twin Towers as well. I like this, despite its many flaws.

Yeah, it's a lot better than most of the "after school movie" type of films from the same era. Not every film gets top rate production.

It definitely plays into the hysteria of the time: D&D will turn your children into Satan worshipping murderers, or at the very least make them lose their minds.

i like it. the ending stuck with me since i first saw it.
