What's The Deal With The 1987 Wine Bottle

When Robbie brings the wine bottle to Jay Jay, Jay Jay say 1987 good year. Was this a mistake. It is supposedly 1982, how could he know 1987 is a good year, DUH. Maybe the wine bottle was suppose to be 1887? If someone could explain this to me I would appreciate it?

I suspect he was supposed to say 1887 or something else, flubbed it, but they didnt have budget to re-shoot the scene.

It could have also been a joke, like a fake label.

We'll never know. I dont think its in the book. Been ages since read it.
